Energy majors, utilities, regulators, data centre operators and enterprise IT teams rely on Caliber when the infrastructure has to come back up correctly the first time. The organizations below are named with permission.

Sectors
The buying pattern differs by sector. So does the documentation each one needs at the end of a project.
Producers, pipeline and midstream operators, and the service companies around them. Control rooms, plant IT and head office floors.

IT relocation in EdmontonProject detail
This page names who Caliber works for. The projects themselves — challenge, sequencing, outcome and documentation — are written up separately.
Six documented projects are written up in full on the case studies page: a multi-floor data centre consolidation, a cross-city server relocation, a new-floor deployment with structured cabling, a phased migration into a purpose-built facility, an emergency relocation after a building HVAC failure, and a full floor decommission with certified data destruction. Each one records the constraint, the sequence used to work around it, and the documentation handed over at sign-off.
If you are trying to work out whether a move like yours has been done before, that is the page to read.
Enterprise standard
When the infrastructure supports operations that are audited, the relocation has to be planned and evidenced to the same standard.
Caliber has operated without an accident or insurance claim across the life of the business. Certificates of insurance are provided as part of the documentation package on every project.
One project manager owns the move from the walkthrough to sign-off, including building bookings, site orientations and the punch list. No handoffs and one number to call.
Every move runs the same six stages: scope, map, decommission, transport, rebuild, validate. The sequence is identical on a two-rack office move and a data centre floor.
Port maps, serial-level asset registers, chain of custody records, validation results and destruction certificates, in a form that can be filed and retrieved years later.
Several of the organizations named here have used Caliber for more than one project, sometimes years apart. Getting it right the first time is what produces the second call.
Client names appear here only where permission has been given. Project detail stays generalized unless the client has agreed otherwise.
Questions about scoping, insurance, timelines and cost are answered in the IT relocation FAQ, and the operating history behind the process is on the about page.
Send us the scope and we’ll come back with a plan, a window and a fixed quote — not a ballpark.
